13.1.23. Removal and installation of door rear-view mirrors
Removal/installation of an external cover of a door rear-view mirror

- The corresponding illustrative material is presented on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove mirror glass.
- Slightly having wrung out a casing from a frame, release clamps (3).
- Put a mirror, release a latch (4) and uncover (2) a frame (1).
- In case of need turn out a bolt (5) and, having released clamps (6), separate a frame (1) from a driving electric motor, previously having returned a mirror into position.
- Installation is made upside-down.

- Having hooked a suitable wedge, remove the triangular facing panel (1) of the basis of a mirror in a forward corner of a window opening of a door.

On models with VIN A289565, X754620 at the corresponding complete set disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring of a door loudspeaker. |
- Holding a mirror, turn out the screw (2) and release a nut (3).
- Disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring (M21/1x1 or M21/2x1) and finally remove assembly of a mirror.
- Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of fixing of the contact socket.
