12.1.6. Removal and installation of the top cross lever

- Details of installation of the top cross lever of a forward suspension bracket are shown on an illustration to which all references which are found in the text belong.
- Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
- Remove the shock-absorber (see the Section Check of Retaining Valve).
- Release from a clamp on a rotary fist the brake line.
- By means of an extractor release the top spherical support from the lever (6) and tie up a rotary fist to the fixed suspension bracket elements.
- Disconnect the top lever (6) from a car frame.
- Installation is made upside-down, - final tightening of elements of fastening of the lever is made after lowering of the car on the earth.
- In conclusion make adjustment of geometry of a suspension bracket.
